I picked this up the other day as her current bike is pretty dire. Ive only ever seen Arthur Caygill road bikes and one steel mtb before so was intrigued by this. I can say the pics really dont do it justice. The frame is so beautifully made and that paint! Not sure if you can make out but there is a flute down each side of the down tube thats pretty unusual.
Not sure of year although I bought it off the original owner it was made for and they said the xtr m900 wheels were original so can only assume 91 to 95ish? Or much later?! The rest has been replaced the xt m750 gear(they didn't have the other m900 gear :-() which hasn't seen much action. After a good clean all thst needs doing is a service to the bomber z4 flylights as they arnt overly smooth.
Anyone else know of these bikes?
