1993 KHS Montana Team Restoration

Love this. Picked up a Montana Pro a few months back and there's part of me wants to re-furb it in these colours. really like the orange forks on it too - Not sure what the fork on mine is, but it doesn't really work and has a slightly dubious extra hole drilled to mount the brake hanger (?) as well.

Colour scheme as vibrant as it used to be, still hurts my eyes. The team wear was available in matching colours!

Spinner forks - but they're hiding in a dark cupboard wrapped in bubble wrap.

Nice one

But don't leave the fork wrapped in bubble-wrap; you'll end up with 'bubble' impressions in the paint!

Here's mine before I sadly sold it to another RB KHS nut! ....

Re:

Thanks for the tip Wadsy, I'll get them wrapped in a towel or something.

Annoyingly I can't see your pics on here, just some Photobucket stamp. BUT, I've seen your thread before, very nice Montana Team you had there, was one I lusted after when I started getting mine built.
