Mc Mahon

Very nice McMahon.
I think it is a 1991 model. I got the same kind of McMahon and I've got a 1992 McMahon...
If you like to see the pictures?

An other question: where did McMahon put the decals on the frame.
My McMahon name sticker is on the uppertube. I'm just curious if someone know for shure where to put the McMahon decals.

So nice, Pierre.
Mine has different dropouts and decals. I'd heard McMahon peripherals were "prone to cracking", so did not care about sourcing the parts (is that true?).
It has a full XT groupset except for the bullseyes, a pair of switchblades and is one of my favourite rides, the one I pick up when I know there will be some "fight" on the tracks.
You will enjoy yours...

I think that all Mc Mahon are different : decals on uppertube or diagonal tubes, blue or purple or black, wishbone or no wishbone…
The decals on mine are original. (I prefered to keep the frame as original as possible with its little dings andscratch. that bike was used And I prefer to ride used bike  )
So, put the decals as you want !

Mc Mahon was a little maker So parts were not tested as big brand. But frames and some ti parts were weld by Sandvik. So, I'm in confdence for riding them. But I recognize that I swaped the ti 1" steerer for a steel one for riding the bike : more secure and I could adjust the stem like I wanted (an inner carbon tube stopped the quill)
