Starting out slow. Gotta get the basics down.
For the repair, I had removed the top tube cable stops. FTW had removed the water bottle boss things (or whatever you call them). When he sent the frame back to me, he included some new ones for me to install.

The originals that were on the bike are black. I'm just going to keep it simple and keep them black. Kinda like wearing a tuxedo. I could get all fancy, but the tradition black tux is classy. :)

*Plus, if I get 3dv or turq one, I'd have to color coordinate and get the matching colored parts.

The other week, while I was waiting for the frame to get to me, I did some work on the front end (lower half).

Are you going to pop rivet the stops yourself? Would be great to video the process if you do. I have some black ones that I want to swap out with turquoise on my ARC AS but haven't built up the courage to do it yet. :oops: :D

It's not so much the installation but the drilling out of the current ones and having to disassemble the front end to shake out the rivet.

FYI… they're called rivnuts. ;)

And i see gatlings guns on that front end… NICE! :cool:
