I'm waiting for the fork leg paint, ordered through work to save a few pennies. Took ages, then they sent matt

Everything else is here though, I'm itching to get it together!

Re:

Paint for the forks turned up, so I finished those in the week.

Got wheels out today, that I had earmarked for the bike, and gave them a wash.

XT, with Wolber AT20 rims, 11-28 7-speed cassette, and some Ritchey Force 2.0 tyres. Look lovely!

Assembled the forks, cut down the steerer tube, allowing for a 5mm spacer, and fitted them. So, here's how it looks now.

The seatpost is temporary, just for holding it in the workstand.

The handle bar pinch bolt is grotty, so hope to replace it with something nicer when I get the chance.

Getting there,

Looking good Mike. Looks fab against the white background

Re:

Not sure what size seatpost I need. The one pictured, a 26.4 is a bit loose. I think 27.2 is too big. Will have to see what I have around to offer up.
