How about a Northern meet?
By north i mean somewhere within a couple of hours of the scottish border, ie lakes, yorkshire, scotland, etc.
Not entirely sure i could attend, given my job, but may aswell start the ball rolling

Yawkshiyeh? Gisburn might be a good venue.

Also, does the google map thing actually work to show our locations?

Cheers,

Thats the problem. Up this way (northeast) i know Hamsterley is ok on retro stuff, whereas Glentress, etc is hardwork. Not sure of Yorkshire stuff, Gil?

The Peaks can offer all manner of terrain styles - it's all in the preparation and local knowledge! A retro ride here would have all the hills and scenery you can eat whilst avoiding the frame busting chunks of rock the size of my house!

We could always do a two dayer option for those with springs in their heels...? I hope to have converted my '94 FSR to a whopping 3" of travel by then!
