Not a too technical one but a fair distance ride.

Hmmm, could be a good one for my 40th Birthday ride, a good day out on the bike in early December, weekend of 5th/6th.

I like the idea of nothing technical, more a days rough stuff touring, very me.

I'm up for it,

If this is a warm up for Kielder, count me in. I need to find out just what 50+ km is going to feel like (although I think I can already guess). Mid week shouldn't be an issue, any excuse to take some time of work.

Did your Arran mapping give us a distance? Couldnae be a kick in the arse off.

Hmm, good point that man. Looks like 23 miles, so it's no far away (50km = 31m ish). Now if we can stop somewhere for chips n cheese halfway round Kielder :D
