Definitely up for the Sunday ride on July 1st (might get the Silly Kents to arrange the entry forms for me.) This is the week before the tour starts...

Not sure about the Prologue on the Saturday (7th) , depends on the other half.

Will be watching the second stage (Sunday 8th) somewhere near my house, maybe the climb up to Goudhurst. Anyone who wants to come along and park at mine and ride up is more than welcome...

I'll be there for the prologue, and I'll also be on the Champs Elysee for the final stage, as it is the day after my 40th birthday.

This is the ride I was referring to on July 1st, it's the route the riders will take on the 8th but open to idiots like us the week before.

117 miles... On a road bike?

That sounds like it could be a laugh. Anyone here seriously thinking about doing it?
