Hi guys
It was good to meet you all and see all those lovely machines.
Dr S, thanks for your wonderful hospitality and like Mark, I too was quite taken with the cruiser.
Hope to see you all again sometime soon.
Jamie

Spent about an hour getting my chain and rings cleaned up tonight, that thrunton sand/soil/mud is bloody awful- I'm used to scottish gloop, which washes off easily but your mud is a bastard, I could hear my chain wear with every pedal

  Its good stuff innit

I think the moisture content is higher where you are gaz , so the ratio of water to mud//grit/sand is less than our sticky sh%t

Sorry for the delay guys. Great ride, good banter. The helmetcam worked for about 38mins, which given the time it was running in the car park prior to setting off means it got the 1st climb before switching to audio    The photos i got were crap too....
We'll have to sort another one out. Perhaps north of the border next time. Something a little less technical/steep for the Jocks
Cheers guys
