people i need to ride more, so in the spirit of the macretro boys, and the chicksands crew, howsabout we sort something out?

i am both woefully unfit and fully rigid, so chances are you will be faster than me.

i also have zero really useful route knowledge so any input would be appreciated

i guess this makes me more of an ideas man....

I'd be up for some riding around Westbury and can do Bristol as well.
I usually ride mid week during the day if that's fits with people's plans

I could get the train in from Cardiff for some rides maybe......are we talking singlespeed and rigid rideable trails ...whilst I fully appreciate that SS should be OK on most routes shall I add....and a bit unfit and not very technically talented   )
