This is me on my single speed, canti braked fully rigid RM Equipe. Loving the flat bits and the downhill single track. Amazingly my legs are fine today, so much so that I might go for a blast this afternoon. :D

No aches or pains apart from my right heel, i've no idea why it hurts though. When I fell off my front wheel got stuck in a rut and the back slewed out, fortunately there was a thick covering of dry leaves to cushion my fall, as I said before 'what a day' 8)

Who was taking this pic? How did you manage to miss Daisy Duke's legs??? Almost an impossiblity and a contradiction of the laws of physics not to mention a jolly bad show! I know Guy is very tall but her legs were longer than that.

By the way, how many miles did we ride? I did 25 miles yesterday just to try and spin the pain out of my legs.
