only did 25km [still full of cold]came 106 out of roughly 230 did it in 2hr10min did the last 5km with my front brake binding [bloody disc brakes ]should have done it on the cadex,all in all i still had agreat day

sorry nobby i havn't done any training for the last couple of weeks and last saturday i did my neck at work and only now on the painkiller come down :? but il be back at it soon 8)

Did the weekly night ride last weds and just did a short sharp loop of the Pendam after work tonight. Planning on Summit tomorrow after work, Conti on Saturday and Climachx on Sunday then a week of light spinning before the Dyfi Enduro next weekend.
