All fit and healthy here. Well I say fit, It's all relative I suppose. Going to do a local ride Thursday night then come up Friday (daytime possibly to get a lap in). See you Friday :D

As already mentioned I intend coming down on the Friday - not sure what time yet.

Bike is fit and healthy to go, not sure about myself.

Forgot to say I don't think I have anyones phone numbers incase anything happens.

Putting my sensible hat on - I was going to ask is how much sleep am I likely to get? Just thinking about my journey home on Sunday as I don't want to be asleep at the wheel.
