I have just added a page to my website, an article that ran in 1979 about one of the early Appetite Seminars. Knowing what you do now about the people involved, it makes for very entertaining reading. It features the first published photograph of Gary Fisher on his then brand new Ritchey bike.

Check out Working Up an Appetite. It's one of the most entertaining ride reports I have ever read.
