I tried to sign up to a sportive a couple of days ago but it had sold out in 5 hours. Needless to say I didn't get in.

Its getting popular this cycling lark.

For the past three years, the HONC has been the first time I've swung leg over a bike since Christmas and whilst its been unpleasant, Its never been too painful. You'll be fine! :)

I've done a fair bit of riding this time so I'm actually looking forward to it this year.
