No just the main ride, he'll be riding his old Raleigh Dyna-Tech and is digging out some of his old clothing. Really looking forward to meeting and riding with the man. He was kind enough to send me some old parts through the post this week to help the Raleigh project.

Dave Yates Diablo dual speed and Fuquay. Not sure which one for which ride yet (neither rigid currently :oops: ). Will be bringing some bits for a bike jumble too :D

Let's be honest - how many of you are looking forward to this more than Christmas itself? I am. :lol:

Looks like this could be the best turn out yet, if everyone turns up that is :wink:
May well bring the 89 stumpy along, whats the terrain like, muddy or flinty :?:

well drained in many areas, but muddy in other places. grinding paste everywhere. Bring plenty of spare brake pads :shock:

Best tyres are the ones at home ;)

Seriously, I wouldn't Conti XC, not enough mud. What you need is an all rounder!

I am taking porcs, cos at the end of the day, no tyres are right everywhere there.
