Looks like you all had fun, sorry i couldn't be there but i had too much too drink last night and over slept :oops:

basicaly it is a copy of the spesh epic. and as far as i am aware it was built by the same people that make kona's. so i am told.......lol

i cant post on this thread because i've died.

i killed two tubes, my back brake is stuffed, my cranks came loose no less than 3 times, my american classic seatpost came undone, and trailblasters are RUBBISH in those conditions

still, good crack all the same - i now have full blown manflu :(

additional thanks must go to the plough inn for letting us in in that state, feeding us spuds, and having a waitress with a cracking arse

Thanks to all for turning up, was good to see that the majority of us kept it as retro as possible (me excluded!!). Shame about the weather, but thats what makes it a bit more of a challenge. :lol:

Credit where credit is due to those riders that over came the pain barriers of the hills, and the fear factor of the downs (you know who you are).

Definately doing this again, regardless of if the sun shines or not. Who's up for a christmas ride? Might even stick to a proper route...... 8)

I've been debating for ages what colour/colours to finish this bike properly with, and i reckon you've stubbled on it!!! :D
