I'll be there during the day for the 10 miler and the races/technical riding in the afternoon. I'll get the retrobike shirt out and look forward to meeting a few of you if your about.

I'm planning on arriving in the early afternoon, I'll be recognisable as I'll be wearing a red carnation in my buttonhole and an air of impending doom.

In fact just thinking about Sunday and I'm feeling as sick as a pike.

A big thank you to Lysander for putting me onto this. Had a great day up in Settle yesterday at a really well organised event. Rode in a 10 mile charity ride in the morning which was good fun as it was a really slow pace so you could chat and have banter with the cycle club members. In the afternoon they had technical events and small races for the kids followed by a group of us completing the Settle loop, which is an awesome loop I must say. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be looking out for it again next year. Sadly I dropped the alpinestars for the first time in a silly little crash, so pretty grazed and bruised today  .

Thanks again to Lysander and indeed the Settle world wide cycle club. Unfortunately I did'nt meet up with the retrobike 3 peaks team but, wish them the best of luck for today.
