Just wondered if anyone else was signed up or going to sign up for this? Thought I needed some sort of push to actually get fitter this year and this fitted my brief. Considering the furthest I've ridden recently has been 15miles, 74 is definitely going to be a challenge!!

I didn't know this existed! I did the BHF London to Brighton on road last year and really enjoyed it. Was going to do that again but on one of my retro bikes. I might be interested in this. I was just thinking how there's loads of chat about the bikes but not so much riding them. I'm in London so it's hard to just break out to the countryside. I need incentive to get out there. If a group of like minded (and slightly unfit) people were doing this then I'd be interested

I’m definitely of the like minded and currently unfit variety! The British Heart Foundation also lay on coaches (for a fee) to get you either from Brighton to the start in London, or back to London in the afternoon / evening when you finish!
