Right guys, time to get serious on the trianing now :D

This thread is the official place to note down the highs and lows of everyones preparation for the 12hr graveyard shift that is called Dusk 'til Dawn ;)

So, I'll kick proceedings off:

Friday; an 1 1/2hr XC ride, nice and quick, with an extra 20mins of playtime in an old quary.

Sunday; an hour on the TT, 15 up, 30 hard, 15 down

Tuesday; an hour on the TT, 10 up, 40 hard, 10 down

Good work Pickle. My training is geared to 3 Peaks at the moment but this is my recent activity:

Sat - 2 1/2 hours easy on road bike (group)

Sun - 2 hours offroad on cyclo-cross bike with some running sections

Mon - 30 mins on TT (the session I gave you ;) )

Tues - 4 mile offroad hilly run.

Tonight I'm carbo loading (pizza, beers and football on TV) :D

I did do a 21 mile loop on monday eve though ;)
Who knows i might even try my turbo that i set up last year, still not used it in anger yet

Got a bad back so I'm concentrating on the carbo loading side at the present time:
