Right guys, time to get serious on the trianing now :D

This thread is the official place to note down the highs and lows of everyones preparation for the 12hr graveyard shift that is called Dusk 'til Dawn

So, I'll kick proceedings off:

Friday; an 1 1/2hr XC ride, nice and quick, with an extra 20mins of playtime in an old quary.

Sunday; an hour on the TT, 15 up, 30 hard, 15 down

Tuesday; an hour on the TT, 10 up, 40 hard, 10 down

Good work Pickle. My training is geared to 3 Peaks at the moment but this is my recent activity:

Sat - 2 1/2 hours easy on road bike (group)

Sun - 2 hours offroad on cyclo-cross bike with some running sections

Mon - 30 mins on TT (the session I gave you  )

Tues - 4 mile offroad hilly run.

Tonight I'm carbo loading (pizza, beers and football on TV) :D
