yeh its late notice, but feck it ;)
10.30am start at the pedalaway centre. got a local mate to lead us on some cool trails. fannying around wasting time wont be tolerated & if you're real unfit or your bikes prone to mechanicals you'll get dropped in the first 20mins

all welcome... I'll be the shy retiring guy popping non hander wheelies

Gump principle : there are two types of ride..

1- Bust a lung, pushing all the time, chat while riding, blast
2- Chill, have a bacon sarny, have chat, steady up hills, fun down

Both fun, both good, just make sure the expectations are right!!

I think I am gonna vote for the bacon ride as well . I have improved a, lot since Cannonck but dont think i ll be able to follow your pace . and 2 weeks holiday in france without a lot of cycling a lots of local food and drinks might not help .
