I've noticed that there are Retrobikers out there from Scotland like myself.
Most of the organised meets are in England often too far away to get to.
So why don't I try to co-ordinate a McRetro clan gathering at some off road setting some time in the coming months.
There is a Trail Centre near Sterling in the Forth valley with a Red route the Carron Valley I think, only a suggestion but certainly central for most.
Any interested folk and constructive suggestions welcome.

The title makes sense if you speak Scots.
Translated its a boast that says :
Who is like us, very few and they are all dead !

Also I was hoping to attract Scotland based riders for whom travelling to the English midlands or South East is too much of a trek.

We dont just ride in summer up here but if thats the consensus of opinion I'll see what I can do.

was just thinking summer as I quite like the idea of Scotland looking like it does in Monarch of the Glenn....

Just thinking you'll get more southerners if it's longer days and less cold etc.

I'm happy riding all year round though. Name a date, get it ortganised and we can see how many others can make it.
