A nice gentle ride starting just North of Scarborough and following the disused railway line to Robin Hoods Bay for some fish & chips and a pint then a leisurely ride back.

A retro return to the trails around Rivington Country Park in Lancashire.

MacRetro Baltic Bawbags - Dunkeld ~ Organised by MacRetro Area group
Our annual January gathering has grown and grown - around 12 miles of icy cycling followed by a bar lunch - loads of banter and a bike jumble usually happens too.

Alconbury Midnight Growlers Winter road meet ~ Organised by Anglian & Lincolnshire Area group
The Growlers are getting together for another skinny tyred road ride taking in the best of Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire's finest B roads.

We'll be venturing into the back yard of our very own Ededwards who will be guiding us through the delights of what has made him the man he is today. Not to be missed, will include pubstop.

Retrobike National Event Series ~ Lake District - Coniston and Grizedale ~ Organised by NW Area group
Classic Lakeland riding avoiding the high mountains but taking in some fantastic retro friendly trails.

A hilly ride but always enjoyable with good views, not very technical, just proper old school cross country.

Temple Newsam, Leeds ~ Organised by NE&Yorks Area group
A tour of Temple Newsam and it's bridleways, woodland and historic features then, connecting with the Trans-Pennine trail taking in locks, marina and a chip shop!

A new route for the area group with varied terrain, single track, fire track, small technical sections, some lovely hill climbs and a pub stop.

Taking in some gentle trails to the east of Hadfield and the old turnpike road made famous by Dick Turpin. Stand and deliver!

:: Saturday 21st April
Three Tribes "Mass Trespass"~ Organised by NE&Yorks/NW/East Mids Area groups
Commemorating Benny Rothman and the Kinder Mass Trespass by taking in a great route in the heart of the Peak District.

The Devil's Dyke ~ Organised by South East Area group
Shortish ride of around 15 miles (ish ) with a couple of nice downhills and a couple of steepish climbs, although the pace will be slow so don't worry if you think you aren't fit enough. There will be a tea and cake stop, and a pub at the end of the ride.

Torridon ~ Organised by MacRetro Area group
A weekend of riding in the Scottish highlands, think postcard scenery. One big ride on the Saturday and a morning ride on the Sunday. Will be fairly technical and physical.

Legendary ride taking in five bar gates, kissing gates, bridges, pubs and perhaps even the occasional stile.

It's the last weekend of the Tour which coincides with a stunning, scenic and undulating Sportive style 80 km ride on very quiet country roads with the option of a country pub lunch/stop.

An exploration of Delamere's singletrack network. Probably still a bit muddy this summer and apparently suitable for singlespeeds. Some sections of man made and plenty of natural woodland single track.

Classic riding with the clan MacRetro north of the border.

Gentle cruise along bridleways and through rural villages. Taking in historic features, two counties and a pub lunch.

Goyt Valley and Buxton ~ Organised by North West Area group
Typical Peak district terrain with loose rocky climbs and descents. Much of the route is on quiet lanes and some well surfaced forest fire roads.
Also includes a stop for pie and chips in Buxton.

A superb ride in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

:: Sunday 28th October
Bygone Bike Jumble and Ride ~ Welton near Hull ~ Organised by NE&Yorks Area group
Starting at the bike jumble in Welton near Hull. After a good session rummaging through boxes the ride should be about 20 miles. The route will go up, down, up down round and over bumps and through some trees.
We'll try and get a stop halfway this time.

Riding in a country park with over 200 acres of woodland and history as far back as 1285.

Retro Road Ride ~ Gospel Pass ~ Organised by West Midlands Area group
Quiet, undulating country roads leading from Hereford to Pandy then over Gospel Pass (highest mountain pass in Wales) to Hay-on-Wye and back to Hereford.

Hobson Moor - East Manchester ~ Organised by North West Area group
Practically all off road, on a mixture of well surfaced , natural byways and some great sections of singletrack.

:: Sunday 2nd December
The Wendover Bash - Annual Cleland reunion ride ~ Wendover - Buckinghamshire ~ Organised by Geoff Apps/Graham John Wallace
A chance to see and ride a Cleland. The ride is always run to the pace of the slowest rider and includes lunch stop at a pub or teashop.
The ride usually continues after dark so lights are recommended and returns to the pub in Wendover by 6pm at the latest. Any riders that want to return earlier can easily do so but would be wise to bring a suitable map compass or GPS.

The Turkey Twizzler ~ Cannock ~ Organised by S&W Mids Area group
The classic annual festive visit to Cannock for mulled wine, mince pies and possibly even a bit of riding.
