im hearing that single speed is doable on this route, is this true or am I being led into a cunning trap?... :)

Well im taking mine and im old :lol: ....Woodsman assures me that its ok for the single ring !! what i remember of this route there are a couple of LONG climbs ........but im sure it will be fine :) bring it along .....you know you want to :wink:

Shame, I dont think he gets out that much any more.

Maybe a Wharthog from West Sussex or a Lahma from Leith will make a guest apperance instead :lol:

The is definatly going to be at least one mythical beast out on the ride ! along with the the rare Worthing Bob Cat of course.
