Never too early to flag this event up. This isn't a Retrobike organised event.

I'll be there. Who else is coming?

Loving the look back over the years

Will be there in some shape or form as it was my first event i attended since my comeback.

Anyone booking hotels?

supposed to be working but was thinking about taking the shifts off, haven't thought about a hotel yet but the one i used last year was ok just frustrating that it was 10 miles away from the event but then i'm not a big drinker so didn't really matter.

.

I'll be there, but will do the sensible thing and leave the bike at home and get the train up with the locals :D :D

Do you guys do both days or one only and what distance options are chosen. Looks cold, hardwork and just asking for a crash as beer involved

the last 2 years i have had a few drinks on friday evening, then done whatever distance feels comfortable depending on the weather, then had a few more drinks then hit the hotel, then we meet up with Ededwards in hereford on sunday for lunch!

good weekend!

in 14 years of attending I have only ever managed 1 day   Have done a variety of routes (not always well signposted  ), max is around 25 miles though, usually about 15 or less.

Usually beer or two fri night, sleep in car, ride sat, 1 beer en route (no danger of beer affecting the ride really), a few beers sat night, lots of live entertainment (inc. the sight of grannygrinder getting more and more drunk  ), sleep in car, full english breakfast in pub sun morning, then roast lunch in pub in Hereford at lunchtime, make way home sadly.

Top weekend

PS recent times I have always done singlespeed, Velo ;)

Oh, and see my avatar? That was at the Wobble a few years ago

Just got excited thinking I had booked a room in town but getting my confirmation email its a "confirmation of room request to the hotel"

This looks to be another amazing ride, hope it goes well for you guys. Wish I were going but its a bit of a distance since i moved from Derby :p
