Yes! Somewhere in Wales I think! Didn't they have to change it to man v horse on safety grounds? Typical! I took part in the Devon version once. Man v Shire Horse!! Much the same only slightly slower and it hurt a lot more if one trod on you!

yes it takes place in Llanwrtyd Wells where I go every year to the Real Ale Wobble ( http://llanwrtyd-wells.powys.org.uk/eve ... wobble.htm ). Also home of World Championship Bog Snorkling. People like Tim Gould and Barrie Clark used to race in that event.

the Wobble or the Bog Snorkelling (different times of year)?

Wobble is an ace laugh. Non-competitive. Beer en route. Entertainment in the evening, what more could you ask!

Tim and Barrie competed in the WC Bog Snorkling? Surely not :lol:

Didn't I read that Man v Horse has been cancelled this year due to risk of Foot and Mouth?
