Training update #3; The Pain Cave.
A wet weekend and a cold meant that while the mind was willing, the flesh was spongy and tried. Technically, I have a turbo trainer AND a bike on it. That'll do for now.

Training update #3.1
Success! 45 minutes of sweat, pain and suffering!
As I had a spare seatpost and ladies saddle (off my mums old bike) I set it up for the Wife, who said it all worked exactly as it should and that I should try it some time.
