quick update. the wife is now giving me grief over this, blah blah blah night away from the kids...blah blah blah more time in the shed playing with bikes etc.

So progress with the build will be slow with the various other projects and all the earache, but we will get there!

In a slightly better bit of progress I have sorted some lights, hoping to give them a test ride out at the weekend. I have not done any night riding in over 15 years (which is why I wasn't keen on a dark lap here) but fingers crossed that goes well.

Not long now

still no progress with the build.... still not got out for any night riding.... still getting grief... and now I think i have knackered my elbow. All going to plan!

Okay you have a point Mike,

Yeah, just bring ear plugs and you'll be fine, everything else we can muddle through.

Fairy lights! You must bring or be initiated

Thanks gents. Any bike suggestions, beater or a nice one?
One that rides well and that is not going to give you a hard time on unfamiliar terrain.

Also one that climbs well, as there is a sensible bit of climbing on each lap.

I have always used my Roberts DB for that very reason.

Well, and a bike, obviously. One with huge wheels!

Few tweaks required but this is the bunny, my current daily commuter....
