There a bit of rust damage to the chrome on the left chain stay, but I've neutralised it & its stabilized.
I have used it with mudguards and 23mm tyres as a winter bike, although I think its a bit too nice for a winter bike
I can swap the wheels for a pair of Bontrangers with Continental GP4000 better suited to winter riding
