Raleigh 653 retro style racing cycle - mid 1980's
20.5" frame Cinelli bars and stem (alloy)
Campagnolo head set
Campag seat pillar. Selle Royal saddle
Universal side pull brakes
Campag chain set 39/52 rings
Zeus pedals.
Mavic open 4CD rims 700 s/s spokes 32 front and rear
Shimano 600 f&r changers & 600 levers
Shimano hubs 105

Unused for the last 22 years it has a very slight dent in the top tube and the usual dings and scratches only to be expected from a 30+year old bike but these do not detract from a lively ride with top class equipment

£500 please

Cash on collection (Barnsley Area) or bank transfer if preferred

Lots of people looking, but no feedback received though

In view of this fact, I have to consider I am asking too much for this lovely bike

Price reduced to £425

Not even a weeks wage!

No, you are right! I would like to for one
However, quality counts and this is a gem

Given the condition of the bike offered and the sold prices on ebay for the same model in better condition, you may want to rethink your price

Just had a look on eBay, there is only one comparable bike and that is £399
I might just end up stripping the bike down and selling the components at a bike jumble when they get going again
But thanks for your input
