Selling this beautiful Holdsworth, I bought it last summer but have barely ridden it. Have come to terms that it is just a little too big for me. Details below are from the original seller, nothing has changed since I bought it.
1978 Holdsworth Special Lightweight. Fully restored frame and parts - 60cm/24 inch.
Frame shot blasted, rust proofed, primed, enamelled with new decals and varnished.
Wheels rebuilt with stainless steel spokes, Mavic special sport tubular rims and Shimano via hubs. Schwalbe Ultremo Raceguard tubulars. Gipiemme dual sprint 170mm cranks with Kyokuto top run pedals. All bearings replaced when rebuilt.
Weinmann type 730 side pull brakes with Universal mod 77 levers. Suntour VX rear mech, Shimano 600 front mech and Suntour shifters. Guidons Philippe Franco Italian bars and stem. NOS dolphin suede saddle.
