This is my Father In-laws bike that he is looking to move on for something newer. He thinks its early 80's but not sure. Frame is in good condition, one small ding on the top tube and a few tiny bits of bubbling. Components are ok too and will look nice with a good clean I think.
I also think its a 54 frame looking at one of the decals on the bike. Drops have been swapped out for a flat bar (can obviously be put back fairly simply. I don't think he has the original drop bar but I can ask) but I think most of the other kit is original. Simplex and Shimano by the looks of it.

The graphics look very similar to the ones from the 83 Catalogue although the frame is a different colour.
Not sure what to ask for it but lets start at £200 but happy to change it with some guidance.
