No idea about the wrenches or wheels, but the bike alone 350-400?

It's a nice bike but.. priced way too high, imo. I dont think you could get your asking price even if the bike was really clean.

Btw, anyone who is gonna spend the money for a higher end bike is probably gonna expect it to be clean and mechanically perfect. Nobody is gonna buy a project for premium money, imo. By project I mean the probable requirement of the bearings being cleaned and regreased, brakes and gear adjustment, maybe wheels trued, and the replacement of cables/housing. Tires too, likely. Basically an overhaul.

I feel a little uncomfortable with this sort of outing.
The OP has advertised his bike for sale in good faith, he hasn't tried to deceive anybody, or mis-describe anything.
It's a very desirable bike. If it's of interest contact him and establish a dialogue. If it isn't why get involved?

I think it's fine to sell on eBay and fine to sell on retrobike, just not at the same time. Although the OP did not start the commentary, he did ask how much it was worth.
