please could someone help with with any information on this bike and an idea of value.

This bike was donated our charity shop. we were told by the person who donated it I was a Rudi Altig bike. but thats as much as we know.

please could someone let me know any and all information on the bike and if it has any value. As we plan on putting on your charity eBay account to rise money and want to list it as best we can.

Re:

I could be wrong but Tensor Cycles / marketing used to sell these as a mail order for self assembly back in the 80's. They seemed good value but the components were cheap(IMO).

Re:

Hi and welcome to the forum. This section is for bikes that are for sale and which have a price already. Perhaps try asking one of the mods to move it to one of the other sections and you will get a better response?

To give you an idea, the difficulty with retro bikes is often the pricing as a bike is really only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and eBay is often the best place to find out what that price is. Have you tried the sold item search?

It isn't a collectable bike and the components aren't high quality.
It looks to be in good condition but it isn't valuable.
If you start the bidding at 99p you might find that's the only bid.
If you start the bidding at £30 or £40 you might attract a bid.
