For sale this beautiful Gran Sport from 1983 with full Campagnolo Gran Sport groupset including the pedals.

It has hardly a mark for 32 years old.

I would like £675 sold for £630

I will post within UK for £20 the previous owner did not want the bike the leave the UK.

Or pick up from near Grimsby.

Sorry to say, but I think your price is on the steep side - you might get that kind of moneyt if it was the original Caramel coloured Gran Sport, but I don't even remember this version. .

I would also add that I think it's quite a rare colour scheme.
It is a metallic pearl colour with shading in a metallic blue/black depending on the light. The rear stays shot-in or fast back and are different than yours in the picture, I'll add a pic below.
The serial number date is three so I guess it's 83 and not 73?

Definitely 80s not 90s. I knew a couple of guys who had these back in the day. This blue fade version was sold as frame only (I think it was about £130?). The caramel one was complete bike only. I'd agree the caramel one with original equipment has more value than one of these even if the equipment is the same, by value of being a complete original spec. The caramel is just a really nice colour as well (as is the blue, but I think most people would prefer caramel + chrome forks).

I'd guess more like £500-550 for the bike above, even though it looks in fantastic nick. GLWS.

Funnily enough I bought my caramel Gran Sport off of the peg in the
local bike shop back in the early 80s. I remember walking into the shop and it's ceiling was littered in all sorts of exotic frames ranging from Raleigh 531c to Italian jobs to a stunning Bob Jackson 753 Stars 'n Stripes which was a fortune at around £400!!

Aye, those were the days . .
