Wow! That's a lot of tandem metal for the money, reminds me of 1970's RNIB trips :)

Could you please let me know the measurement between the top of the pedal at the bottom of its stroke and the top of the driver's saddle.

martin, size is 55cm centre of chainset to top of frame. can get other measurement tomorrow. I can box it if you can arrange shipping and i can give you box dimensions for carrier.

Yeah, that's about as cool as tandems get! So tempting!

well feel free to ask more questions, went up the road with my friend on it today in the sunshine, rides like a normal racer with the short wheelbase, added a brooks professional for the day, certainly looked the part with that. tempted to restore it myself now, would look amazing with the stem re chromed and a new paint job!

I'd love it, but I've got nowhere to keep a bike like that. To me it looks like it's in such good original condition and quite complete, that it would be a shame to spoil the patina with new chrome and paint. Scabs and grease is what this bike wants!

Like Shaun said, it's an awful lot of tandem for the money so make sure it goes to the right home!
