Hi, for sale is my Peugeot Ultima with Reynolds 653 frame and forks. I bought this new in 1989 for £540, and still have the original receipt for this.
The frame is 21.5 inches. I am 5ft.8inches.
Due to a back injury, or is it just old age?, I now use a hybrid bike with a nice damped seat post, so the bike has been dry stored for the last 10 years, and has been kept clean and oiled.
I have not sold the bike previously in case my son got an interest in cycling and we could keep the bike in the family, but as he has other interests its time for the bike to find another loving owner.
The last one I saw recently on E Bay in similar condition sold for between £360 - 400, but as mine will need new tyres I am looking for £350ono. The bike is completely original, and I even have the original bottle holder if needed. Also have the original shoe cleat assembly and fittings ( never used ).
I will be away at the TT races from 4th June to 8th June so will not put on E Bay until I return, so if anybody wants to get in touch before then, or come and have a look, give me a call on 07974813335. I live 5 minutes from J29 of the M1 near Chesterfield

Paint chips on front forks
Chrome on toe clips is slightly pitted
