Hi - apologies my first post is an ad, but several people recommended sticking my tandem up here, so here goes. I'll have a go at answering any questions.

Here's the description:
Ready-to-ride classic / vintage tandem. Made by TJ Cycles in Burton on Trent, probably early 1980s (the company started in 1979).
It has a TI Reynolds frame measuring 21in (both seat posts).
Also Stronglight pedals, Campagnolo front derailleur, Shimano rear derailleur, Cinelli bars.
It’s amazingly light.
It has a nice aged patina to it (ie the fastidious would probably want to give it a clean up). Could use more attractive saddles and handlebar wrapping. The mirrors aren't the prettiest either. The tyres are in pretty good condition, but they're not the latest road spec by any stretch.
Bought for me as a lovely present at exactly the wrong time (prior to arrival of a baby).
