I've been asked to sell this bike, preferably as a bike rather than splitting (the owner would prefer to see it sold "as is" if possible).
-Frame and fork are by FONDI (I know nothing about this make, but think it's a long-gone spanish frame builder from the 80's). Tubing unknown. Both ST and TT are 52cm C-C. HT is 10.5cm. Original paint and decals with lots of patina but no dents or other damage as far as I can tell.
-Bars and stem unknown, but good condition.
-Zeus headset
-Seatpost looks like a campag 2-bolt copy, marked "ANPI"
-Rear mech is simplex SX630 "Bernard Hinault"
-Front mech is also marked "Bernard Hinault" but I'm not sure what model it is.
-Gear levers are simplex retro-friction
-Brakes are Modolo Sporting, with original pads and holders.
-Brake levers are more modern shimano 500 EX which obviously aren't original, but don't look too far out of place.
-Hubs are Zeus ("New Racer", I think)
-Regina Extra 7s freewheel
-Stronglight "104" fluted and drilled chainset, french threaded.
-Modern Look Delta french threaded pedals (with a fair bit of paint missing)
There are a couple issues:
-the saddle is a cheap modern thing - I can swap that for a rolls or something else if needed
-the rear rim has cracking around the DS eyelets so ideally needs replacing
-bearings all appear to be OK, but need some adjusting
-bar tape and tyres could do with replacing
