How do you measure the frame?
We measure center bottom bracket, to top seat tube.

that means when you measure the frame from cbb to top top tube straight up it's 56cm

I was measuring it c-t-c

my "sweet spot" is 55/56, as i'm 1.79mts

I don't follow what you are measuring center to center, which tube?
