Based on the Raleigh brochure the top tube length for the '89 Quadra in training geometery is 575 for this bike which is a 59.9cm frame.

I must have looked at this bike a dozen times hoping each time it will now be the correct size for me!

A Quadra S II would settle in with my other white/red/blue/yellow Raleighs very nicely
