Claud Butler Sapphire restoration project now SOLD

this is a nice sound Claud Buler Sapphire bike that as far as i know was only produced for 1 year ie 1967 , so 40+ years old .

211/2" Reynold main frame tube with Prunat lugs finished in white with contrasting blue panels loads of age related scratches and marks but in a useable condition . please note right rear seat stay has a very slight on it.

apart from running fixed gear i think this is all original spec and parts ie
27" chromed steel rim laced on to Large flanged Normandy hubs fr is wing nut secured whilst rear is nutted . Williams c34 chainset with fluted arms and lyotard pedals with alloy cages . GB 70 stem with alloy bars which i belive might be Reynolds but no proof . Original Brooks B5N saddle on free steel stem . please note rear mudgaurd not included in sale . please note i have only ridden bike about less than a mile .

frame number stamped on bottom bracket shell looks like 29792

asking for offers over £150 , or i will keep it and restore it to a rideable condition

come on guys this would make an ideal winter project .

and i have even reduced it now to £125 plus courier or £80 plus courier for frame and forks only .
