Heres the measurements in old money.
The head tube actual is 6.5 inches.
Head tube with headset is 8 inches.
The distance from centre of bb to top of saddle with seat post at maximum insertion is 30 inches.
Hope this helps . The frame is 58cm centre of bb. To centre of top tube.
Top tube is 58cm from centre to centre.

Hey, maybe ebay might be a better shop window for it? With its size it seems like it's only going to appeal to quite a small (larger) audience.
