Are the 54cms measurements both c-to-c, and if so, I'm guessing the ST to very top of seat collar is circa 55.5cms?

What's the rear spacing?

Yes of course - I'm in Bolton.

Had a look at the measurements in a bit more detail;

BB to TOP of seat tube is 54cm (BB to centre of top tube is 52.5cm)
Top tube is either 54 or possibly slightly longer (54.5cm) c-c
Rear Spacing is 135mm
Head tube is 112mm
Stem length is 120mm
