It already has a 'modern' groupset on it, hyperglide, indexed shifting - whats new?

I bought this, it's a lovely bike but I'm not sure if it's too small for me.....I did 30 miles on it last night and it's as smooth as silk....

Yep it's really nice to ride, so quiet and smooth and quite responsive. I've put that 11-28 on too
