For sale is my 1972 Schwinn Suburban. This is a Chicago built bike made in 1972. It is the 10 speed version which they didn't sell a lot of.
Mine is a 20.5" frame which equates to a Medium.
It is 100% original. I'm amazed how well this rides. I've had a few older style bikes including a Phillips, a Hudson, a Raleigh Lenton and a Rudge Special and I can honestly say that this rides nicer than any of them.
It feels like riding a Pashley only a lot smoother and quicker.
I'm sad to see it go but I need the space.
The front wheel needs truing as it's slightly off and the rear wheel need attention to the cones.
Collection only from the GL2 area of Gloucestershire.
I've priced it at what I think is a very reasonable £45 O.N.O as I want to see it ridden by it's new owner and not hiding in a shed!
