Somewhat less common; I believe only made between 1999 & 2002

Bottom Pull / Bottom Swing – see picture.

With a 28.6 clamp please.

I have a NOS top-swing version of this if you get desperate. 28.6mm clamp, bp, not very common.

I plan to fit it onto a bike that has a flared Seat Tube at the bottom bracket weld, so it requires the High Clamp (sometimes known as Bottom Swing) in the Bottom Pull version.... if I've understood you correctly?

Spot on!
That's the reason mine is for sale! Seat tube ovalised at the bottom, so a low clamp mech won't fit without damaging the frame. Good luck with the search.
