18" frame with horizontal dropouts (e.g. Surly 1x1)

First time poster, long-time lurker, would like to meet... A Surly 1x1 frame without disc brake mounts, just like this one: viewtopic.php?t=120743

I'd like to move over all my components from another 1x1 which needs a frame repair and is hampering my commute. I don't think I'll ever need disc mounts and love the clean look of the earlier frames. Will happily consider other frames of a similar ilk – any suggestions?

Thanks to those who have already DM-ed me with alternatives, just doing a final weekend bump to make sure there aren't any old 1x1 frames gathering dust which would love a new lease of life.

I'd even consider a complete Steamroller as it's for short commuting :).
