Avid Juicy front disc brake - Sorted

Does anyone have a spare Avid Juicy front brake they would sell me?

I have a leaver and a caliper, just nothing in between! can anyone help with either a full front brake setup or just a front hose with fittings?

I might have a spare one (Juicy 5) - will need to check though as I cannot remember which one was leaking when I changed them.
